Holiday Overview 

Used as a warm weather base for the England cricket squad, Desert Springs is the ultimate location to follow in the footsteps of your sporting heroes. With an International sized rugby pitch alongside it, this is one holiday to suit all the mini rugby and cricket (aged 5-16 years) members of the family.

Launching in 2019, we'll be running a rugby only week from 13 - 20 April, followed by a May Half Term cricketing week. Our mini legends will head for coaching every week day morning (all abilities are welcome) with our legends. You'll then have the afternoon to spend at your leisure. The resort is a short drive from traditional Spanish towns, local beaches and restaurants.

For those on a slightly smaller budget to Forte Village and The Landings, Desert Springs is the perfect combination of affordability and amazing sporting facilities. All the accommodation is on self catering or B&B basis. There are two restaurants on the resort, but we’d advise hiring a car so you can explore the local area and stock up your fridge!

Accommodation ranges from functional Apartments through to luxury Country Villas with private pools and views over the fairways.

If these don’t quite work for your family, there’s also a choice of Townhouses and Pueblo Villas.

Facilities

Where do we start with the facilities…24 grass wicket training academy, full sized cricket oval, International football/ rugby pitch and an 18-hole championship golf course (the only desert course in Europe) with all the trimmings.

And if you’re looking for an afternoon of relaxation there’s a choice of pools, a day spa, beach (off resort) and nearby traditional Spanish towns to explore!
